Payroll /HR clerk, 3-4 days/week

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Perform data entry;
• Create the new hires files in the payroll system;
• Assist in the preparation of reports;
• Carry out documents verification, scanning, filing and keeping physical and electronic archives updated;
• Answer questions from colleagues;
• Always offer a professional and friendly service;
• Assist in HR general tasks;
• Perform other related tasks;

Required qualifications:
• Minimum of one-year experience in payroll;
• Respect confidentiality;
• Detail oriented;
• Aptitude for teamwork;
• Very well organized and able to prioritize;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Bilingual French and English;
• Knowledge of ADP is an asset;
