Marketing and Events Coordinator


    • Plan, produce, and oversee execution of marketing and communications plan activities including media, promotions, website, and collateral materials;
    • Develop materials to deliver the organization’s messages to the public and the media;
    • Oversee and assist with organization and coordination of conferences, meetings, seminars, and other events;
    • Implementation of the online marketing strategy; maintaining the company website;
    • Coordinating and keeping different social media and the company blog up-to-date;
    • Create PowerPoint and other presentations and marketing materials to support a consistent image of ITR at all times;
    • Proofread, vet and review all marketing and advertising materials to ensure standards for quality and consistency are met;
    • Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers for the preparation and/or production of marketing materials;
    • Oversee and take care of the booking and coordinating for major trade show, conferences, meetings seminars and other events (hotel booking for multiple people, airfare coordination for multiple people, make sure that all scientific posters are sent before deadline, booth is shipped, all marketing material is created);
    • Keep up to date with the industry standards and trends;
    • All other related tasks as required;


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing /communication or other relevant studies;
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar roll;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
    • Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPress
    and PowerPoint;
    • Good knowledge with social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, google+…etc.
    • Very good organization skill;
