Supervise & overseas the IT department, functions, services and staff.
Supervise the IT department technician’s activities.
Responsible for the validation of hardware and software systems.
Maintains validation status updated and conform.
Responsible for the assessment and compliance of the computer systems used in studies with regards to the regulatory requirements for Computerized Systems.
Responsible for hardware& Software support if/when required.
Responsible for the department documentations and SOP’s up-date.
Perform other related duties as required.
-Leadership &managerial skills & Experience.
-Help desk /support and staff organization skills.
-C#, .NET programming experience is a must. -Source control with GIT or SVN is a must. –
Excellent communications skills, process oriented and ability to set priorities.
-Analytic and detail oriented.
-Pertinent qualifications and experience in Information Technology, administrative techniques, computerized systems validation principles.
-Application design, SDLC (Software and Design Life Cycle).
-Windows OS, MS Office suites, MS-SQL and Oracle Databases.
-Understand industry data standards and terminologies (e.g., CDISC data standards) is an asset.
Permanent position, 37.5h/week.
