Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare costing and contracts for incoming inquiries & make necessary adjustment/ modifications if/when required;

• Database management;

• Prepare for client’s visits (agenda, hotel, lunch);

• May participate in conferences and tradeshow preparation;

• Other related tasks;

Requirements:

•1-3 years of experience in administrative roll;

• Proficiency in Ms. Office;

• Fluency in English language (spoken and written is a must), Bilingual English and French is an asset;

• Training in the field will be provided, knowledge in Preclinical Studies IS AN ASSET;

Conditions: Permanent, day-time, full-time (37.5 hr./week);
