Stationary Engine Mechanic

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Maintenance, Installation and Repair of all electromechanical equipment of the building including, but not limited to, the Heating and Cooling System, Water treatment and Water Supply;
  •  Know how to read buildings’ control diagrams and mechanical plans;
  • Provide (internal) customer service and perform tasks related to various service calls;
  • Assist and Follow-up with external resources to perform the subcontracted work;
  • Responsible for general maintenance work inside and outside the building;
  • Inspect and apply preventative maintenance measures;
  • Execute small mechanical projects;
  • Interact occasionally with suppliers and contractors;
  • Performs all other related duties as required;

Our requirements and conditions

  • College/Professional diploma in Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent training ;
  • Class B professional refrigeration qualification certificate and class 4 professional heating Certificate;
  • 2-5 years’ experience as a Stationary Engine Mechanic;
  • Driver’s license;
  • Knowledge of automation and pneumatic regulation systems;
  • Bilingual French and English;
  • Ms. Office;
  • Autonomous, team player, have good judgment, customer service oriented;
