Report Coordinator


  • Very good knowledge and work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Very good knowledge and work experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Excellent organizational skills including communication and good record-keeping
  • Detail oriented
  • Bilingual ( French and English).
  • Interest in IT technology is an asset

Main Functions:

  • Coordinate source files with Study Plans, client requirements and ITR presentation standards for integrated electronic report assembly;
  • Build and complete integrated reports according to ITR presentation standards;
  • Providing quality control (QC) checks;
  • Update the Reporting related records
