Receptionist / Accounts payable

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General administrative work to support accounts payable;
  • Such as: Data entries for accounts payable;
  • coding invoices;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the right person, Answer the phone and route phone calls, All other related Tasks;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Good knowledge with Ms. Word and Excel
  • Essential – Excellent Bilingualism: French / and English
  • Essential – Reliable, structured, organized, autonomous
  • Asset Knowledge of Accpac
